RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. After 14 days of purchase, it will no longer be possible to offer returns or refunds.

To be returned, the products must not have been used and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging.

It is necessary to communicate by email toinfo@wanma.it the will to make the return, indicating the order number.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

There are some situations where the refund is only partially guaranteed:
- The products are not in the original condition, are damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- More than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase.

SIZE CHANGE(IF APPLICABLE) 

In the event of a size change, the will must be communicated toinfo@wanma.it. We will send the courier for collection at our expense and once we receive the product we will send it back.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE) 

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the products and will notify you if the return has been accepted or rejected. 
If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed immediately and the credit will automatically be made available on the payment method used.

Late or missing refund 
If you haven't received your refund yet, please wait 5 days and check with your credit card or paypal provider.
After 5 days, you can contact us atinfo@wanma.it and we will try to give you more information.

Exchanges (if possible) 

For defective or damaged products, if due to our faults, we will replace the product. You will need to write an email toinfo@wanma.it and send the product to: Raf S.r.l. - Via Tavernola 8 - Casandrino Naples IT 80025.

Shipment:

The products must be returned to:
Calpierre Srl - Via Tavernola 8. Casandrino Naples IT 80025.

The cost for the return is borne by the buyer and is non-refundable.

Consider using a courier that offers a tracking service for returns.
