RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. After 14 days of purchase, it will no longer be possible to offer returns or refunds.
To be returned, the products must not have been used and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.
There are some situations where the refund is only partially guaranteed:
- The products are not in the original condition, are damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- More than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase.
SIZE CHANGE(IF APPLICABLE)

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the products and will notify you if the return has been accepted or rejected.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed immediately and the credit will automatically be made available on the payment method used.
Late or missing refund
If you haven't received your refund yet, please wait 5 days and check with your credit card or paypal provider.

Exchanges (if possible)

The products must be returned to:

The cost for the return is borne by the buyer and is non-refundable.
Consider using a courier that offers a tracking service for returns.
